At DWS we have developed our own Quality Management System - including multiple methodologies - called SpinnakerOne to support our business and service delivery.

 

SpinnakerOne has aided our consultants in project delivery since 1998 and ensures that all work exceeds the high expectations of our clients.

In addition to being AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Certified, SpinnakerOne draws upon many industry best practices and other methodologies such as CMMI, ITIL and PMI.

 

SpinnakerOne aims to be ‘simple yet sophisticated’, and provides DWS consultants with a continuously improved set of processes, templates, standards and guidelines to deliver a solution of the highest quality.  These are coupled with specialised training, review and mentoring to ensure there is a culture of quality delivery throughout.

It also covers critical aspects of our business to ensure critical business functions are provided to support service delivery.

SpinnakerOne is sophisticated enough to comprehensively support all of our service offerings yet simple enough to be used on the smallest of projects without imposing overhead.
